A Clown in the House!
Don't Panic! We all want this to be the best possible experience for everyone involved and for you to get the most for your entertainment dollar. Here are some tips we would like to share with you to make your party run smoothly.

1. Please be prepared to start the show on time. The time we can wait is limited because we need to be on time for our next appointment. We recommend you invite your guests about a half hour before your entertainer is scheduled to arrive. This will allow for those late comers.
2. We need a space of about 4 x 6 feet for a show, preferably indoors. ( Clowns can melt in the sun! ) We will not be able to produce the bunny if the temperature is over 85 degrees. We ask that you don't tell the children about the bunny. We would like this to be a surprise.
3. Adults are encouraged to watch with the children. If they want to chat, it can be a distraction if they are in the same room.
4. If you have children under the age of three, it is usually not a good idea to surprise them with a clown. Let them know what to expect and get used to the idea.
5. Be prepared to help out with any discipline problems. We do our best to entertain. It will only take away from the other's enjoyment if we must stop the show to handle any disruptions.
6. When we call to confirm you party, please make sure you know the correct number of children since your party time is based on the number quoted at time of the confirmation. We don't want anyone to be left out.
7. Keep in mind that we have reserved a date and time for you and will refuse all other work for that time. If you must cancel let us know as soon as possible, so we have a chance to rebook that date and time.
8. Your payment for the party will be due as we arrive and before we start entertaining, so that when we are finished, we can leave without interrupting your cake and ice cream.
9. Please, make sure we have a place to park close to the party site for unloading our equipment.

Remember, the more details you take care of ahead of time, the more you can relax and enjoy the festivities along with your guests.

See you soon!
